What if I want to return or exchange merchandise?
Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be unworn, in the original intact package. When mailing shoes back to us it is absolutely necessary to have an outer box to preserve the original
packaging. Sending the shoebox alone will damage the box and potentially the damage shoes inside.
It is helpful to enclose a note in the box with directions, for example, if an exchange is needed.

How do I pay for my shoes?
Uneeda Birkenstock accepts PayPal, Master Card, Visa, American Express,
and Discover Cards. To pay by check or money order, please call or e-mail us.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
If you live in New York state you are required to pay the sales tax of the county we ship your Birkenstocks to.
How long do I have to wait to get my shoes?
In most cases, your shoes will be shipped to you within two business days after receiving your order.
Depending on what level of freight you choose, you will receive your shoes within one to two weeks. In the event we don't have your shoes in stock, they will be ordered from the division of the Birkenstock company
that makes the shoes you selected. Orders typically take under one week to arrive from the vendor and we'll ship them to you within one business day of our receipt. In the event that the style of shoe you select
is back-ordered, we will let you know by email with a projected delivery date. If you order 2nd day air delivery and we cannot meet this time-frame, we will notify you by email.

About how long does it take to break in my Birkenstocks?
Due to the unique cork footbed, Birkenstocks are sometimes stiff and unyielding
at first (especially for first timers), but the cork works with your body heat
to soften and mold to your foot. We recommend that you break your Birkenstocks
in slowly, by wearing them for a couple of hours every day for about a week,
or until they start feeling more comfortable.

and more! A flat rate charge of $9.00 will be applied for Shipping and Handling
on all orders under $75.00.
Orders will be shipped by UPS Home Delivery.
UPS Home Delivery will deliver to residential addresses, Monday through Friday,
9am to 8pm. Delivery to every residential address in the continental
U.S. is in 1 to 5 business days, depending on the distance from Rochester, NY.
Alaska and Hawaii shipments typically arrive in 3 to 7 business days. Uneeda Birkenstock
is not responsible for return shipping.
UPS Home Delivery does not always deliver to P.O. Boxes.
